Akkurtlar Turizm Nak, which operates in the transportation sector. and San. Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. We are looking for a teammate who meets the following qualifications to be assigned as an “Industrial Engineer“ affiliated to the customer relations unit.
To conduct process and efficiency analysis,
Current customer satisfaction control,
Meeting the demands of existing companies,
Be able to approach customer-oriented and work target-oriented,
Active operation of the necessary reports to the customer side,
To be able to report regularly to the manager to whom he is connected and to ensure that the operational parts are carried out
Taking an active part in process improvement studies,
Required Qualities
Graduated from the Industrial Engineering department of universities,
Who can use office programs well, (especially Ms Excel)
Capable of analysis and reporting, correspondence ability has improved,
High analytical and business discipline,
Will be able to answer questions about company services
Has a systematic, Disciplined and Business-oriented working principle,
Strong ability to report and analyze data, able to think analytically,
Competent in management, careful about business follow-up, solution and result oriented,
Strong phone and face-to-face communication skills,
Will always be able to prioritize satisfaction
